GiftedMom, the startup that uses artificial intelligence to provide access to health information and medical assistance in remote areas has been selected to represent Cameroon at the Seedstars Africa, the regional summit of Seedstars World in Africa.
The startup was selected out of fifteen who took part in a contest in Douala on September 29, 2017.
The regional summit of Seedstars World in Africa, on December 12-14, 2017, in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique.
Founded by Cameroonian engineer Alain Nteff, GiftedMom will be in competition with other startups from the continent to be selected for the world summit of Seedstars Wold.
A $1 million (around CFA550 billion) grant is offered as financial support by Seedstars Wold as well as many other prizes with an opportunity to reach a global network of investors.
GiftedMom will be up against 16 startups from 20 African countries.
